You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of the purchase date. For items that are defective, the full purchase price will be refunded. Non-defective items will be provided a full refund less a 10 to 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. In the unlikely event that you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact 7GIFTS so that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible. Items that have been used, have opened or defaced packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards or manuals, missing UPC/barcodes, or in a condition that would not be acceptable for resale will either be refused or subject to an additional restocking fee. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping the item for return. The RA number must be provided on the return shipping label. All return authorizations expire 10 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RA number or in unacceptable condition cannot be refunded.
