This was my first Internet radio, so I didn't know exactly what to expect, but the user reviews were good, so I bought one.
This is sort of a "triple-threat" radio. To use it, you must have a wireless router. With just the router on, you can 1) listen to Internet radio; or 2) listen to Pandora. With your PC on as well, you can 3) play music and other audio material via Windows Media Player.
As others have observed, the initial set-up is kind of a pain, but it's just a one-time thing [Grace: a little mini-keyboard instead of the wheel would be a huge plus]. Internet Radio: It's useful to know in advance the call letters of the stations you want to listen to. Up to 10 pre-sets are possible. Pandora: You must be a member [it's easy and free], and it's a lot easier to define "stations" using a PC than via the Grace radio. [Once the stations are defined, just scroll through the list on the radio and select the one you want to listen to].
Windows Media Player: "Share" your files to the Grace radio. On the PC, when you set up sharing, a "Grace" icon will appear. The playlists that you've defined in WMP will show up on the Grace radio--like Pandora, just pick from the list of available playlists.
The radio sounds good; navigation takes a little practice, but it all makes sense. I'm glad I bought mine.

I love this little radio. It has great sound, a simple interface and thousands of stations. I also own the Logitech Squeezebox but this radio is a much better value in my opinion. The software interface is simple and logical (unlike the slick Squeezebox) but is very functional. It even has a retro on/off toggle switch. Clearly, the design folks at Grace digital audio are big radio/music fans.

Fantastic Product, Well Worth the PriceMar 22, 2011

Since buying this product, I have shifted from watching TV to listening to the radio as my way to relax after work. I had the radio up and running within 20 minutes and could not help but be overwhelmed by the amount of radio stations available to me. My SiriusXM and Panadora accounts were easy to integrate and sound great on the included speakers.
One thing I was particularly impressed by is that Grace Digital allows users to submit music streams that aren't among the thousands currently offered. If the stream passes the initial quality examination, it is added to available list for all radio owners to tune in.
For someone who can't get enough music to listen to, be it from your local FM stations, a station from across the globe, internet radio, or anything in between, give serious consideration to this radio. You won't be disappointed.

Its rare to see a product which all the comments liked. So I bought it!
So far I've only used Pandora, which is great on the Grace.
Good speakers, good sound. Better than I expected.
Minor kvetches:
Setup was fairly quick & easy, but a little un-intuitive. Manual just a tad fuzzy.
Input for WPA key is a little kludgy, mostly because the dial doesn't turn as smoothly as I'd like.
The WPA input is only done once, then (probably) never again. So very minor nonissue.
The dial will be an ongoing thing, but it's a small thing.
Menus also a little unintuitive, I don't know my way around yet. I'll probably learn my way around quickly.
It would help to have a simple menu map in the manual.
Ignore the kvetches, they aren't important.
After a week of use, Im very satisfied. Nice product, nice price.

This is a great product that performs exactly as described. I'm no "audiophile," but the sound is of good quality to me. Is there better sound, bigger bass, more watts, etc to be had? Of course, but not out of a system this size. Given its size, it performs very well. It easily connected to my wireless and handled my WPA2 security key no problem. It takes about 2 seconds for the unit to connect to Pandora initially, but I have not experienced any lag during listening whatsoever. The remote is highly functional and incorporates thumbs up/down functionality for Pandora.
My only complaint is the screen size; it's about the size of the screen on a "dumbphone" oriented horizontally. If this unit is going on a desk, nighstand, or some other location where you will be close to the unit, the size will not be a problem. I bought the unit to put on a shelf 10-12 feet from my location during use. At this distance, it is difficult, though not impossible, to read information on the screen--especially when contending with bright and/or direct sunlight.
All in all, it meets expectations, is well-built, and works reliably and as-advertised. Recommended.
EDIT:
I want to add that the alarm function is wonderful. The unit allows the user to wake up to music from a variety of sources, including Pandora, usb input, internet radio, etc. My favorite feature is that the unit automatically plays the default alarm buzzer sound if it cannot connect to the selected audio source within 60 seconds of the preset alarm time. That means no worries if your alarm is set to play Pandora and your router/ISP dies overnight. As long as you have power, your alarm is good to go.
