works fine, but be careful when you store it. it should be stored wrapped in circles, otherwise, it kinks/gets damaged easily.

Funny. I say that it seems to like a standard discharge hose, but I've never had a discharge hose before. I assume they are all pretty standard. It was your basic plastic hose that came with two (sort of cheap) adapters and a metal clamp for securing the hose. I paired this up with the Wayne RUP160 1/6-Horsepower 3,000 GPH Oilless Submersible Utility Water Pump and got good results. The pump had no problems getting the water through all 24 feet of the hose and the adapter that came with it fit the pump just fine.

The hose is fine if a bit stiff - be careful as these can crack easily. The hose itself was fine, but the hose clamp was of pretty low quality and was my only real complaint - I had a ton of trouble with it, and I'm no newcomer to hose clamps and hardware.

I ordered two packages of this hose (48' total). I needed this to remove water from around my foundation. Take some care uncoiling and straightening it out the first time. There were no pinhole leaks (as reported in some other products reviews). I picked up a plastic 1 1/4" barbed connector to join the two lengths at a local hardware store for $0.78. I may order a third hose to give me more leeway in removing the water from around the house. I paired the hose with the Superior Pump 91257 1/4 HP Cast Iron Submersible Utility Pump with 25-Feet Cord (also purchased from Amazon). It saved my foundation and basement from water damage...pretty cheap protection! Thanks Amazon.

Don't know what else to say, works the way it is supposed to! Easy to use and store. Attaches easily to the pump and allows to pump out a good bit of water.
