Bought this to use with my PT-2430-PC Brothers label maker. Printed labels for the metal stick in the ground plant markers and it has worked very well. I only use a couple inches for each marker so this 26' will last a looooong time! And talk about sticking quality, if for some reason I have to remove a label I have already attached to a marker, even if it's been outside in the weather for a long time, it is hard to get off!

Love the Brother PT1290 Home and Office Labeler. Label makers sure have come a long way from the old 'gun' type. Nice to be able to buy the refill from Amazon when I need it, and have it shipped to my door quickly.

For my pruposes, the clear tape works well. I can label spices, drawers, personal belongings etc. & the tape blends into the background & all that shows is the name. No messy label edges, no color matching. Looks neat & professional.

I purchased the tape from Amazon because the price was right. Seems that price is not the only thing a person should be concerned with. The tape won't feed through the label maker and it is too much of a hassle to re-package and return it.
Funny thing is, the tape I had wouldn't work for the same reason. Before you say it must be my machine, the white tape works perfectly in my machine.

Label tape just as described. I was shocked to buy this at a office supply store (national chain) for $25 only to return it when I scanned the barcode and saw it at amazon for under $10. I don't mind paying a little more to a brick and mortar store but this was ridiculous.
