Not what I was expectingOct 04, 2011

I have just installed this software so I can't really rate the performance of it. I bought thinking I was getting a the software on a CD. I could have downloaded it from McAfee, but wanted a physical disk to have if something goes wrong incase I need to re-install it down the road. I wasn't sure was PC Attach was and I am still not. I think it must refer to the purchase terms. The box came with a sticker saying "This product must be purchased with computer hardware, software or peripheral on the same receipt..." I only ordered the software so I wasn't sure if that was going to be an issue when I opened the plastic wrap. It wasn't a problem. However, in the case there was not a CD, but a card with a McAfee website URL and a key code. I went to the site, put it my number and was able to download the software. So far so good with the install and I saved some money, but I have no CD, which was my whole point for purchasing from Amazon.
Update - I installed this two days ago and the software is not working. It said it uninstalled previous versions, but it didn't. Getting any technical support (even though it say free phone support for the first 30 days) is a pain in the you know what. I have been trying since yesterday to get someone to resolve the issue. Thumbs down on McAfee. This is why I needed a physical CD with the software!!!
