I use these for the patio. Good undistorted bass and clear mid and high end. Excellent outdoor speaker. I pipe in Sirius, BB King Blues through an old Crown DC 300 (you need power for these speakers)and they rock

TIC ASP-12 ARCHITECTURAL SERIES 120-WATTS PATIO SPEAKER, BLACK I hung these from my vaulted ceiling in my living room, they are my B speakers to cmpliment my Array twealths which are serious. What a great combination. They are very well made and the brackets worked so nice fom the beams allowing me to angle them down at the position I wanted. I would recordmend these also to be on there own or 2 pairs of these together Im sure would be great also. And the price is right!

These are great! Have many sets being used in different places. Some outside, some inside and some connected via a 70v line for use as PA speakers.
The mounting brackets are strong and simple to install and the speakers sound great for the price.

Purchased speakers based on the reviews of others. I was not disappointed. Amazing sound at what I consider a bargain price. I sampled Bose environmental outdoor speakers which sounded flat with little bass response proving you do not always get what you pay for. These TIC's have crisp highs with deep clear bass proving you can get much more than you pay for! I installed them with other than the supplied mounting hardware to get better speaker orientation. The only issue was the threaded inserts for mounting were non-industry standard (finer threads.)

I actually bought the white version of these speakers from Amazon, but figured the review should apply to both colors. Here it is:
I was initially hesitant of buying these off brand speakers. However, after finding out that the comparable Polk speakers cost four times as much, I decided to give a shot because of the other customers' ratings.
Well, I'm delighted to see that the speakers of this quality cost as little as I paid. They have 6.5" woofers, providing enough base for a porch environment. The sound feels full, but not extremely bright, possibly because of open air environment. Before I installed them outside, I tested them inside by replacing my comparable 6.5" JBL speakers in the bedroom. I could not detect any difference in sound quality. Enclosures and brackets seem to be high quality. They are almost perfect for my patio.
Time will tell if they're going to hold up in Florida humidity, but at this price it cannot go wrong.
