One of the life's necessitiesNov 14, 2010
By XiMiX This is one of those products which you never knew was missing from your life. It cuts paper, slices envelopes, opens plastic packaging, and cuts coupons from magazines without damaging the second page, all without danger of cutting your hand.
Now the stuff they they don't tell you... There are two of them, both available from Amazon. This green one has a very small blade which is very safe. It is better for cutting wrapping papers and coupons. It cuts plastic packaging with more pressure.
The other one, iSlice, is blue and has a longer blade. This one you can cut yourself if you tried hard enough. It is better for opening plastic packages. It does not have a hole to hang, but it has a built-in magnet like the green one to attach to a frig or something. The longer blade goes through more than 1 sheet of paper, so it is not good for cutting out coupons from newspaper and magazines.
Both work amazingly well.

Very Easy to UseNov 05, 2011
By T. White I purchased the Slice Safety Cutter at the same time as the Harold Import iSlice Blade for cutting coupons (knowing I'd lose one if not both pretty quickly). The blade on the Slice Safety Cutter does not protrude quite as far as the iSlice but easily cuts through at least 2 pages of coupons and almost through 3 with little pressure. For reference, the iSlice easily cuts through 4 pages and with a little extra pressure cuts through 6+ pages. Both are very easy to use and both are magnetic. I think any couponer would be happy with both products. Amazon shipping was very quick.

I love it!!!Apr 15, 2011
By Nicole Carroll I get 5 sets of coupons every Sunday and to clip all of those with scissors I would be hurting my thumb or accidentally cutting of an important part or the coupon. now I just line them up on a cutting board and slice. I love the fact that this is magnetic so I can easily stick it to the filing cabinet or the fridge. I also let my 3yo use it once in a while knowing that it will not cut her. And on a side note, mu hubby thought it wasn't something that the kids should have so I went to show him that it does not cut skin, He freaked.
