We love the SpongeBob DVD playerNov 23, 2010
By D. Donohue My son received this DVD player last Christmas - price was so great, couldn't pass it up! Was just searching for something else SpongeBob when I came across the reviews for this and I must say that I am really shocked. My son has been using his with no problem for almost a year now. After reading reviews I just asked him if everything is okay with it and he said that he loves it. I'm sorry for the people out there who are having trouble with theirs, but thought I should place a positive review since ours has worked quite well.

Very LOW Quality Waste of moneyMay 21, 2010
By Sally This worked great the first few times we used it. I put a dvd in and closed the door. Dvd wouldn't play, door won't open. Just says load. I know the dvd was inserted correctly as I did it myself for my child. Very unhappy, waste of money.

Poor QualityJul 15, 2010

This DVD player worked fine for about six months. My son got it for Christmas. By the end of June, it just wouldn't turn on anymore when it was plugged in. I also can't find a manual for it online anywhere...to try and allow me to troubleshoot the issue. I wouldn't buy another one.

Ok... I guessJul 22, 2010
By Basketballbaby Kids wanted their own personal dvd player, so i found this for them. As soon as we recieved it they were happy with it (as far as the way it looks). Well, the very first day, it worked perfect. Unfortuneatly, the second day, it wouldn't load the dvd and wouldn't open. We had to turn the power off and on again to open it each time. We left it alone for a day and tried it again. Same thing, wouldn't load, play or open once dvd was inside. Later, i unplugged it and tried it. Now it works. I don't know if i did something wrong or the thing was just confused. I guess it' ok enough for the kids, cause they have more patience.

SpongeBob doing what he does entertainingFeb 14, 2011

My son loves this. It is a little bigger than it probably requires and seems a bit weak plastic if it is beat up. I have my 4 year old trained to not touch anything other than the buttons, he has destroyed 2 DVD players already. This only has 3 buttons on the machine so not so much for him to mess with. Play, eject and off so if he pushes any his movie stops. Delivery was a bit slow but adequate. Dont be rough with it and you will be fine.
