Not much relief for heel painJan 21, 2010
By Josh Hinnenkamp I've been trying out lots of foot support products, and these are some of the worst. Only the Dr Scholls type insoles are worse. If you're looking for a product alleviate heel pain, you should go with a heel cup type (with the waffle pattern on the bottom.) Using the heel cup insert, I can run approximately 8 miles before my problem heel starts causing me pain. With the memory foam inserts, it's more like 3-4 miles. I'm a 180lb guy, so maybe I'm just too heavy for these things to be very effective.

By mickey I was unable to find these heel inserts for the past 2 years at our stores here. I discovered them on Amazon to my surprise. I need them for some severe complications when walking. The delivery was prompt and the product excellent. I've been wearing them ever since. Thank you.

By Jetta this product is a heel pad. I have used them before and will continue in the future.Being made of foam they do have a limited lifespan and have to be replaced. They work well for me. roger
