If it could only be zero stars!Aug 21, 2010 It seemed great with the battery back up case, cute and practical. However, it only worked for a few uses and now it won't even turn on. I can not return it since it only allows 1 month return.
It really does just quit workingJul 14, 2010 I bought two of these when they were on sale during the holiday season. I gave one to my sister. Initially, I really liked the style and function of this product (which is why I gave it three stars). However, it just stopped working after approximately seven months of use. Weirdly, my sister's won't hold a charge anymore either. They are both functionally dead. It has to be defective.
just quits working for no reason.Jul 03, 2010 I have purchased a total of 6 plantronics headsets since last year. 3 of which were gifts, 1 was lost, 1 of this 925 model "melted" in the car (which i had left during a very hot temperature, and somehow made the on/off button of my headset deform), and this one was just purchased 2 months ago, and all of a sudden it stopped working for no reason at all. i've used all different types of the charger and it just won't turn on anymore. it won't even blink red whenever i attempt to charge it. and since i am always busy and on the road, i have lost the capability of being able to talk on the phone while driving, since i am very much into safety and would not want to use my phone while driving. i think it is just absolutely crazy that expensive things like this just don't work they way they're supposed to, especially when the main reason why it was purchased was for safety. plantronics did great with all the previous headsets i bought, but failed on this one. Now i am very hesitant to buy a different headset due to my experience on this 925 headset. It's a waste of money!
Nice look but not worth it....Jun 29, 2010 Purchased and received this product near the end of April, by the second week in June it was no longer working. The earpiece will not charge - no lights, no flashing, no anything. The most ridiculous part is that it conveniently stopped working roughly one week following the end of Amazon's lovely "30-day" return policy, thus I couldn't return it. Also, Plantronics expects the customer to pay for shipping the defective earpiece to them as well as incurring the cost of shipping a new (and eventually malfunctioning) earpiece to you. Do yourself a favor and save your money! What a waste!
Been through 4 of these, same problem with ALL 4!Jun 26, 2010 I absolutely love the feel to this bluetooth, but after 4 different of this same model, I'm having the same exact problem with every one of them! The battery won't charge and I can't use it at all. It'll let me turn it on, but then it beeps and turns off... very disappointing. I'd love this product IF I COULD USE IT!
