The AVG Tuneup installed immediatly and did its work without ever asking me to register it. A few weeks later, I tried to use it again on the same PC and it asked me to register it. The registration code is fraught with O's or 0's, I am not sure which so I attempted to register it first using the letter O and when that didn't work I tried to use zeros. That didn't work either so I clicked on the online help button. Unfortunately to obtain help, it wants my registration code which didn't work. Then I went to the AVG website in search of a telephone number but alas there was none. Iam in a catch 22 situation until I can find a telephone nnumber and talk to a real human.

I purchased this product from Amazon so I could tuneup one of my home computers. I have also this product on several of my other home computers and it does a good job of speeding it up and eliminating clutter that slows the system down.

AVG 2012 PC Tuneup is working for me, and I am satisfied with the clean-up of my windows 7 system. No problems with the software I am running. I have used AVG's utilities before and have liked them. I do recommend AVG software.

Directions which came with the CD didn't work. Neither the automatic startup nor clicking on "index" started the program. After many tries, I clicked on a HTML file on the CD and got it going Also, the security code is way too long. In operation finally, it seems to be doing a decent job.

I received the AVG Tuneup 2012 3 users, in a resaonable amount of time. I was surprised to find out that it works with Vista, Win 7 system only. No problem there for me, I have Vista on the laptop. When I put the disc into the driver the wizard menu would not come up, but what opened was miscrosoft office words. (?) I tried a few more time, getting the same results. I called the seller who gave me AVG 800 number, AVG said they could remotely install and correct the installation on the one laptop for $45. What???? I asked them if there is a problem with the disc and how would I install it on the other two stystems??? Bottom line, Call the seller back and they will pay for return shipping and ship a new disc when they are in stock....
If I have the same problem with the next disc I really have to wonder about AVG.
