Other reviews have stated that the stuff in this kit is stuff you could have bought at a local hardware store for cheaper. That's probably true, but if you're like me and you have the bare minimum of handyman expertise, it comes in handy to have everything you need with directions just sent to you. Easy to use and easy to install, as long as you have easy access to a good grounding site. You'll want to think that through as you're figuring out where you want to install your equipment.

I bought the outdoor antenna grounding kit to go with the Wireless Extenders YX510-PCS-CEL Dual-Band Cell Phone Signal Booster. I wanted to have everything on hand.
I used a few of the pieces in the kit, but I realized later that I could have made up or purchased the kit's useful bits myself for far less. I don't recommend the product.

All you DIY'ers out there should really research grounding antennas etc!!!
This kit includes a connector to connect grounding wire to a WATER PIPE!
This DOES NOT meet code requirements in many areas (probably all areas).
Grounding wire shoud be directly connected to the ground wire that runs from your service panel > out your house> into the ground where there is a grounding rod.

Wireless Extenders zBoost YX545 SOHO Dual-Band Cell Phone Signal Booster for Home and Office (White) North America and Canada
I'm not to tech savvy with these things. But the instructions are pretty simple: install an antenna where there is a good signal, run the 50ft coax out and away from the antenna, plug it into the amplifier, get a green light and you are good! Well, it works - kinda. I started with 4bars 3G on my roof peak. (Don't ask how I know that!) I ran the cable into and along my attic floor. The booster is on the attic floor above the family room. And then I tested my phone reception.
I get 4bars inside but only directly under the antenna. The signal drops off so fast that I can watch the bars fall away at the room edges. And the adjoining rooms have a signal too weak to complete a call. Don't even pray for a signal through a second wall.
So, it does what they say it will do. But 2500 feet coverage seems to be a pipe dream and unrealistic. I'm getting only a single room with the booster in the attic.
