Automatic PFDMay 28, 2010
By E-J OHLER I bought several Sospenders (5) 2 35lbs (male) and 3 of these 22lbs (female) in order to be more comfortable on our sailing adventures. The women crew found them to be very comfortable and I like the cross webbing (shoulder to middle lower back) better then on the more expensive Sospenders single center web. The girls didn't even mind the "BassPro" logo on it as they are comfortable and will do the job and the price (less than $100) is excellent. They definitely give you more free movement than the conventional bulky ski-type vest PFD's. There might be complaints by women with a larger bosom as these short vests are worn very high on the chest. We would buy one again but will never pay more than $130 each unless I need the "D" ring life line hook-up

Very comfortable vest.Feb 21, 2011

I bought this for my girlfriend to use on my boat and when she kayaks. After a day of wearing this vest, she had nothing but good things to say about its comfort, especially compared to a standard vest. She said it will be especially beneficial while kayaking, since her former vest restricted her movement while paddling. I opted for the automatic type since my boat runs up to 60 mph, and its very possible to be knocked out after hitting the water at that speed. I'm ordering another for my brother today.

Automatic life vest is good buyJun 14, 2010
By Francis T. Bailey Have not had the need for automatic use but appears to be a good buy compared to others available. Comfortable to wear and fairly easy to load automatic system. Versatile with either manual or automatic modes..

Good Value.Aug 22, 2010
By Ray This is a great life vest at a reasonable price. It was $10 to $15 less than local retail stores. Same brand that Basspro and Academy sells. Comfortable to wear even in hot temps. Great value for an automatic life vest. I recommend and will buy more.

Safe and Comfortable PFDJun 30, 2011
By Larry Mc I recently bought a fishing kayak and needed a PFD. Since I at times fish alone, my wife wanted me to get the automatic inflatable version. Well, I love it. It fits comfortably and allows full upper body movement to paddle in my kayak. I am a big guy (6'-4", 260 lbs) and it fit me well. In fact, it was so comfortable I forgot I even had it on even after a half day on the lake. Needless to say, my wife liked it so well that we ordered her one today. Great product with good value.
