Would not download, no matter what I tried and I tried everything!! Kept saying was incompatible with my computer, which it absolutely wasn't. I have always used Norton and have never had a problem before. I was really disappointed with product and especially service, they gave me total run around and refused to replace or take back. The product and company selling it totally SUCK!!! Lost my money and patience. Purchase at your own risk! Zero stars!!!!!!
