Barrel Mounted Universal Laser Sight.Mar 10, 2006

I think that once you have this laser adjusted to a bore laser system & have it mounted correctly, you can't go wrong. It fits easily in out-of-th-way places & zero's in at a very fair distance. With-in reasonable distances, where you put the laser dot is where the bullet will go. It withstands extreme recoil with no difficulty. I gave this item a 4 only because it doesn't have a pressure switch to mount on a forend or grip.

Almost a bargainSep 30, 2007
By Big Guy I ordered two units at a very attractive price. However, all six batteries arrived in a corroded condition and had to be replaced. Might be some connection between that and the price. You can buy the batteries online for a lot less than you would spend at a store.
These units (and others that look the same) utilize little laser pointers that have been modified with set screw adjustments. Out of the box they don't aim true (or even close), and it's very difficult to make the adjustments. Do not overtighten the set screws! If you strip the aluminum threads, it's all over. Leave everything on the verge of being loose, take take your time, and keep your cool.
The sights aren't bright enough for daylight use, but are fine for night use. The clamp will fit a 20ga. shotgun barrel, perhaps larger sizes.

Not a bad little laser for $15. Mounted it on my AR. Only complaint is there is no adjustment for elevation.

Laser sight attaches easily, with the tools included. Sighting-in is a little more involved. It worked out of the box and shipped quickly.
