5Alienware M11x R1Jul 19, 2010
By GiSS
I tried a Targus Neoprene sleeve, but the dimensions weren't quite right. Having seen this sleeve on another website, I gave it a try--and it is seriously one of the sturdiest pieces of material I've ever used. The outside is a rugged/sturdy mesh, and should last multiple years--likely longer than the laptop will be useful. For the M11x, it is a bit snug but has begun to loosen up over time. Going with the Sumo 13 may be a decent idea for someone who worries it is too tight, but honestly it fits just fine. I've already recommended this--and similar Sumo bags--to quite a few friends.

5FantasticMay 17, 2007
By Tracy Lynn Kaply "Not Well At A Very Basic Level"
I had been looking for a sleeve to protect my laptop while it was in my messenger bag. I didn't want a new bag, because I liked the one I had, but all the sleeves I saw were kind of ugly and didn't seem A) very durable or B) very well made.

I thought I'd give the Sumo sleeve a try, although I was worried that it might be a bit small for my laptop, which is a Dell. But it arrived today, five days earlier than the estimate, and it's great.

Very sturdy and well made, and really well padded, so I have no worries about putting it into my bag with my cords and other paraphernalia. Plus it's kind of unique looking, which I like.

I think the price is very good, as I shopped around for quite awhile before buying, and found this to be the most bang for the buck.

I highly recommend Sumo to anyone that wants a unique and dependable solution to laptop protection.

5Nice sleeveJul 14, 2006
By David G. Moszak "DGMVW"
I bought this for my 15" Al Powerbook. It fits well and is great when I need to take it somewhere out of the house. I could put it in my briefcase, but I'm afraid it will get scratched. With the sleeve, I can put it in my packpack or any other bag. This thing is great even for just an easy trip to a friends house...no need to worry if something happens on the way...it's protected for the most part with the sleeve.

4Great hot pink laptop sleeve for my Dell D610Mar 14, 2006
By Gloria "tapp4010"
I wanted laptop sleeve, but didn't want a boring color like black. This one is pricey for a laptop sleeve, but it is exactly what I wanted. I am giving 4 stars only because of the high price. The sleeve has no hardware, so nothing will scratch the machine. It is nicely padded, black corduroy inside, and a velcro closure on the outside flap. It fits my 15" Dell D610 laptop perfectly.

5good for acer aspire 751 with extended batteryDec 12, 2009
By R. J. Greene
I've been struggling to find a good sleeve for an Acer Aspire 751 (netbook with an odd-sized screen). This is the perfect width, but a bit too deep, even with an extended battery fitted. Anyhow, it is a good compromise and better than anything else I've found. Only gets 4 stars since it's a bit 'puffy' and you end up with a very fat, but nicely protected, laptop. If the flap was made out of a thinner material, it would have got 5 stars, but as it is the top is very, very fat because you get three layers of puffyness (front of the sleeve, back of the sleeve, and the puffy flap). Still recommended though. Edit: there is a rectangular padded strip just inside the top and if you fold this inwards as far as possible the closed sleeve is quite a bit thinner - so now I'm very happy (have changed it to 5 stars).
