I have been using Heat Factory products for years. These hand warmers are great and work for hours and hours. I use them in my gloves during the day and throw them under the covers at night! Made in the USA too!

All the stores where I live ran out of the usual hand warmers I buy which is "HOT HANDS" so I decided to give these a try I bought them at the "Sport Chalet sporting goods store". What a mistake! They NEVER warmed up! I bought 4 packages ( 1 for each hand they are large)..I thought maybe the first 2 where defected so I open up the last 2..and again the NEVER WARMED UP!!!!..even after 2 hrs cold as ever!!! I brought about a dozen of these to Northern China this last January, where it was -15 f. My family was skeptical that they could warm your hands up there, since they had never seen these before. By the end of the trip I had every aunt and uncle asking for more. Seriously does the job well.
Note: they don't really stay hot for 10+ hours, more like ~4 hours. But they still work very well. I like cracking open two at a time and putting one in each coat pocket. And at $.50 a pop, these are a life saver.

Good stuff - kept my hands warm even after being outside for hours straight. Works as advertised. Stays warm about 8 hours. Best used in enclosed spaces like your pockets or inside your gloves.

My husband and I both swear by these to keep our hands warm when the temps are below freezing and below zero! He just drops one in each glove; I have a pair of mittens with a warmer pocket. He feeds the birds around 5:00am; goes to work, and I use that same pair all day. They are still warm when I go out for the last barn check around 7:00pm. Don't know how we did without these!
