This thing serves its purpose. It provides a mount for your cel phone holder. Nothing fancy. This particular item is a great deal because it includes the swivel bracket (phs-203) as well as the item in the pic (mvm-45-05). The seller should have been more specific, as it would increase his sales. I included an extra pic in the description that shows everything included.
