I loved this bag the minute I received it. It's a great design, very roomy with a small zippered storage area inside with a slip and cell phone pocket, although it probably wouldn't fit an iPhone. The material is durable and the handle is soft so it's easy on the shoulder.
My lower rating is because the main zipper which closes the bag is very cheap. It separated after only a couple of uses but unfortunately, too much time had passed so I couldn't return it. I repaired it once and it separated again. I've done my share of sewing, but wouldn't attempt to replace the zipper myself and it would cost more than buying a new bag to have it professionally done, so I'm giving up on the zipper. I'm going to sew in some Velcro so that I can keep it semi-closed. That won't prevent small items from falling out, but I can't see throwing it away since it's still shows no signs of wear.
It's probably been more than a year since I bought this bag so maybe they've improved the quality of the zipper. I would gladly buy it again at a higher price if that were the case. So buyer beware. If you really like this bag, I would say go ahead and order it, but when you receive it, check out the zipper. If it's still the low grade cheap zipper like you'd find in a toy purse, consider returning it and finding something else.

Love this bag. It's colors are nice and bright and there are other size bags that match it available. Anyone who loves cats will love this bag.
