Very nice display sword.Jun 12, 2009
By Ray Evans I really can't complain about this sword. The blade is dull, just in case any of you were expecting an actual sharp-edged weapon, but I bought this knowing that this is a display-only sword and this will work just fine. The whole setup is very nicely made. This sword looks exactly like my real sharp samurai swords, and you really wouldn't know the difference unless you ran your hand across the edge. The sheath is very striking, as is the sword; looks just like a Hattori Hanzo sword. Definitely recommended.

Pretty decentOct 16, 2009
By W. Chen Its not the same one as pictured. the tsuba is metal but it wasn't black like in the movie, it was silverish. The handle is more like the one called "Kill Bill Bride Sword Original Style" so the butt cap is not 'closed' looking. However other than these small differences the sword is pretty nice. The blade is even and it has a nice balance its beautiful on display!

This was a gift for my daughter's boyfriend at christmas, he is 25 and very wise to these things, he has it on his wall mounted, it is heavy, and is sharp, not too sharp. It has wax some on it to protect blade, wise to oil it some once you get it. Lovely sword, on the wall it looks to be worth thousands.

Out of the box parts were loose and some scabbard parts were falling off. A hot glue gun fixed these issues. The display stand was not in the original Box and had to be sent later, only to find out it was not black like pictured. It was white. For me that would have been fine but this was for christmas. Needless to say, hot glue gun, black paint, brushes, time and 10 dollars later, it was ready to be gift wrapped.
