amazement! what a swordFeb 27, 2011
By buddy wampler When bought this sword I did not expect to get any thing like this The sword has mekugi pegs A really great Tsuba(guard)a little hard to get out but when i got it out I had to do some miner work on the tang so it would come out easier but the blade is really nice I dont think it's 1020 high carbon likely not but it's nicely sharp & straight the segeo & Tsuka cotton cord isn't red it's moore a dark orange the saya(scabbard) has a dargon on it "nice touch" all in all a sword that's worth the asking price Im really very pleased thanx TRADEMARK

good beginners katanaFeb 12, 2011
By bafaab cleibes It is a very nice sword for a beginner. It is solid and balanced. It is full tang and has two pins in it. The sword is very good for the price. My only problem was that it isnt too sharp when you get it, but in all it is worth it.

Very HappySep 27, 2011

So I've had this sword for about 2 or 3 months, I love it, its great, the only problem I have with it is that it bends, not easily, but its not hard to bend it. It came with a decent edge on it, not razor sharp, but good enough until I can sharpen it. I would recommend this to a friend, of the 2 swords I already own, this is easily my favorite, and I think it'll still be my favorite after the one I ordered last week gets here.
AmazingApr 21, 2012
By UsedButGoodToys Ok so I got the sword and the first thing I notice is how incredibly balanced it is. It doesn't come'in a bag to place your katana in, but just a plastic bag. Kinda disappointed about that. But out of the box it has a bit of an edge good enough to cut the box up. On one side it has a small "china" printed onto the blade. Its not stainless steel, but a low grade carbon steel. I could use it for some light practice, but mostly just to show off. It is full tang which is a good thing. Overall good for beginners, sword enthusiasts, or just anybody who wants a well built katana
Cant beat it for the priceDec 03, 2011
By firstcut Not many reviews so I took a sh`ot in the dark with this sword. Was well worth it. Very solid no rattles. I cant believe the quality` for the price`. Now I wouldnt go off fighting a zombies invasion with it but its great for show and for home protection. I would recommended this sword to anyone looking for a decent low priced katana. I decided to take a small` step up and ordered another Trademark. I hope the next is as good as this one. Yea you will have to sharpen it.
