This was my first foray into the world of insulated double-walled tumblers, and man, it did not disappoint! I've been using this tumbler daily for about three weeks and I have nothing bad to say about it. Good quality, beautiful design. I've gotten many compliments on how pretty and unique it is. I'm thinking about ordering a second one as back-up.
It took me a little while to figure out how to put the lid on properly (I thought it would snap in place, but you actually push down and screw it on), but that's probably my fault for not reading the directions. As pointed out by another reviewer, the straw is clear, not black, which is fine by me.

Love this item, it keeps my drinks cold for hours! I usually hand wash and have put it in the dishwasher once and haven't had any problems. Quality is a lot better than the one I purchased at Big lots for $5.

I ordered this cup as part of a mother's day basket for my mother in law. I received it right on time, but was sad to see that the clear straw was shattered into a million pieces upon arrival. It was too late to return it, since mother's day was 2 days away, so I purchased a 3-pack of reusable straws from Starbucks and included that instead. She loves the cup, and I do too! I think I'll order one for myself!

The cup is exactly the same as the picture except that the straw is actually clear. It's very cheerful which I really like. I didn't realize how small 17 ounces is and I am constantly refilling it so I can't say how well it keeps water cold.
I gave it 5 stars because it is very pretty.

I keep this on my desk at work and keep it full of water. It's a great way to stay hydrated, and everyone comments on how cute it is. It washes up easily, and the included straw is very convenient.
