Great ValueMar 31, 2009

I'm happy with purchasing this product over the vast selection on the internet. The product sticks to the floor & has not moved; even with my large mud tires I still noticeably feel each bump and know when to stop; it's highly visible when backing into my garage.
The only problem I have with this product is the sticker used as the reflector falls off without help. A little super glue took care of the problem!

Help Me Park!Mar 13, 2010
By Plaker We recently purchased a vehicle that's larger than our last one. It's quite long and we needed something other than a tennis ball hanging from a string from the ceiling! We looked everywhere - car specialty stores and all the big box stores. This product, even including shipping was still 25% less cost online at Amazon then in stores. BUT the big thing is how great it works. Just like going into a carwash and allowing your tire to fall into the groove to start your car moving...It has an adhesive peel off on the pack to ensure it doesn't move - but you'll need to add additional adhesive to hold it in place. It moved after the first day, so we used 2 sided carpet tape.

Simple & effectiveAug 02, 2010
By Daniel W. Grout My garage is just barely long enough to accomodate my vehicles, so it is important for me to stop at precisely the right spot to avoid bumping the front wall or having the closing garage door scrape my rear bumber. The traditional Tennis-ball-hanging-from-the-ceiling solution was too dependent on the lateral position of the vehicles due to the curvature of the windshield. I tried an electronic solution which turned out to be too imprecise (go figure). I turned to this product. It is foolproof and perfectly suited to the job. I use the mats for two vehicles with 18" and 20" diameter wheels respectively. It would be less effective for wheels larger than 20" as the length of tire footprint would likely exceed the space between the "bumps."

not as useful as I thoughtFeb 06, 2011
By San Jose Amazon customer The mat is effective at stopping the car at the right spot. Had no problems with the adhesive.
My car tends to ride up on the last bump, and I need to shift it into neutral after I stop, to let it settle correctly.
I tried the mat for a few days and then removed it because the left and right edges of the mat have ridges which rise up. I think these were meant to trap water and dirt. Unless you park the tire exactly in the middle, the tire will rest on these ridges. The ridges were leaving a slight indentation on my tires every morning, which I did not think was right.
I would have been happier if the middle of the mat was as flat as possible, so that it was almost flush with the garage floor.

Not workingJun 03, 2011
By Robert F. Goehler

Was impressed with quality out of box but quickly discovered that adhesive strip glue gets hot in the summer in a hot garage and slides, accordingly, I screwed to floor of garage and then discovered distance between lower rear and higher front bumpers are not far spaced far enough apart to fit my GMC Envoy tires, as tires are big and stradle both bumpers and tire sits on the lower front bumper, If you have a small car with small tires then if you bolt to the floor this set-up will work well for you, but I am removing and reordering a different design that is just one high bumper bar,
