guest marine battery chargerMar 23, 2008
By skipper This charger is for two batteries and comes with an AC plug that you can plug into an outlet. I have a 1988 Catalina 30 and mounted it under the chart table. I then had it professionally hard wired to the back of the electrical panel. It is quiet and works like it's supposed to. I give it thumbs up.

Guest 2611A Marine Battery ChargerDec 13, 2007
By P. Horner Great product! I installed my battery charger in the battery bay of my Prevost bus conversion motorcoach to keep the chassis batteries charged while parked. Well written instructions and easy installation. The charger has worked perfectly since installation.

Great ChargerMay 16, 2009
By William A. Szabo I use this charger on my 36 foot Uniflite houseboat. Out of the box you can tell it is a quality charger by its heft, it weighs quite a bit compared to other charger of its size. It was easy to install and operate. However, based on two separate and different hydrometers, it does not charge a battery to full capacity.

Radio NoiseMar 01, 2012
By J. West
"Jim"
The Guest 2611A Charger generates a large amount of radio interference. This charger should not be installed on a boat with a marine SSB radio. The noise from the Charge will be very loud on the Marine HF SSB radio. The manual that came with the charger stated some limitations on the size of the battery that the charger should be used with. If you are considering this charger, before buying this charger, you need to first determine if Guest recommends this charger for your battery size.
