 Felt like Vicks Vapor Rub on my feet.Mar 12, 2009

I am a sweater. When I got out of the shower and put on these liners, It really did feel like vicks vapor rub on my feet. They immediatly wicked away the moisture on my feet, making them feel very cool and comfortable. On a rain-soaked, 40 degree, March hike in Michigan, coupled with a nice pair of Darn Tough Vermont merino wool socks and gore-tex boots, my feet stayed dry (sweat included), comfortable, and cushioned. I have never had a better experiance on my feet. When I got home after seven hours hiking in the rain, I took off my socks and gave them a whiff. They smelled brand new. I was shocked and amazed. Great socks! Treat yourself to a couple pair.

these are my favorite sock liners - thin but they really add a lot of warmth for being thin liners and they moisture wick so my feet are less soggy if they do get sweaty

The liners are light weight, comfortable and well made. I love that they are made in the USA. I will only buy Fox River Socks in the future.

I got the size medium, and wow! Apparently "medium" is rather generalized... men's 6-8.5 size feet. Women's size 7-9.5 Looks like I'll have to give these to a lady friend, because I don't know ANY men that have feet that small. Size 9 men's is the "small" end of people I know.
Build quality seems nice, though.

My feet got sweaty in this type of socks. It is much worse than cotton socks. And it does not absorb sweat at all.
