Doesn't work with FirefoxJun 05, 2009

No where on the box does it state that you must use Internet Explorer, but this program will not work with other browsers. A disappointment, since it cannot be returned.

The product is "old" technology. It did not recognize my "Firefox" browser, did not use up-to-date install wizard, did not load properly in my computer.
