disc is awesome if your a tomahawk or thumber player. tried backhand and forehand and the disc is horrible. i throw alot of tomahawk and if thrown hard enough and tuned properly you can get 400ft easy. i am a pitcher and i can get this thing going 500ft. it will flip 1 or 2 time and then glide down. remember if you dont throw over hand often you need to start off slow or you will hurt your arm. ive seen many baseball shoulder injuries and throwing this disc is no different.
