As good as UnderArmor brand for 1/3 the price.Jan 06, 2009

Bought this shirt and a pair of pants for a recent desert camping / motorcycling trip. They wicked away sweat very effectively, were very comfortable (you don't notice you have them on) and kept my riding dirty riding jacket and pants from being right against my skin. Great base layer, highly recommended for warm or cold.

Essential for winter sportsNov 09, 2008
By Sirin Baselayer clothing is a winter sport staple, and this is one of the best value. The material is clinging and keeps you warm, but doesn't restrict movement. Essential for the winter skiier, golfer, rugby player, sailor - pretty much anything outdoors in the cold months.

I bought these the same size as the duofold matching long underwear.
The long underwear fit great but these were tight (I'm a little overweight).
Also the neck hole seems to be a bit large.
Underwear is great but the crew is a little questionable fit.

Helped me survive the inaugural!Feb 26, 2009

I picked up the thermal crew and matching long johns for the ultimate stress test: standing nearly 10 hours in the cold for the 2009 presidential inauguration. While it would of course have been more comfortable indoors for that length of time, the Duofold clothing did an exceptional job in keeping me relatively comfortable for the event. It holds heat well and makes a great first layer of defense.

Great polypro fro the price!Dec 28, 2009

Bought this for a backpacking trip in the Sipsey Wilderness in northern Alabama one week before Thanksgiving 2009. It held up nicely for what I needed and I am very pleased with it for what I paid.
The stitching seems sound and the quality of the material is just fine. There is a lot of stretching room horizontally (fat/thin), but very little stretching available vertically (tall/short). I buy my button-up shirts with a sleeve length of 33"-34", and the large fit my sleeve length perfectly (assuming the appropriate length sleeve will not bunch at your wrist). There was also PLENTY of length on the shirt to ensure that it stays tucked-in (nearly an extra 4"-6" longer than typical undershirts). The collar was not tight, but it was not loose, either. It is labeled "Mid Weight" but I would say that the material is mid-to-light in weight.
Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase, and I would certainly recommend it to others.
