The product arrived earlier than expected. It was well packed. The product looks great. It was perfect for me because I work in the hospital and I wash my hand a lot so wrist watch is not convinient for me. This is great because of the ID holder. The only thing is THE DAMN THIS IS NOT WORKING. I followed the instruction carefully. it was verry simple and I followed it over and over. The damn thing still didnt work. I hope it is an isolated case. Because the product lokked great. If only the thing would work. I returned the product the days i recieved it. There is no option on the amazon website to contact the seller or DACOTA watch co.
