craft productMar 07, 2011
By cyn It is hard for me to give a good review because I thought the toothpick was for the mouth but they are for craft.

Perfectly fine flat toothpicks which are difficult to find elsewhereMar 14, 2012

I think the reviews are unnecessarily negative. First its virtually impossible to buy flat wooden toothpicks elsewhere. Why? I don't know. Second the vast majority of the toothpicks I received were perfectly useful as toothpicks and the price was not onerous either. Hope the negative reviews here don't make Amazon discontinue this product offering. So I am giving it 5 stars.

"tooth Picks"Apr 13, 2011
By William F Roberts These tooth picks are a bit of disappointment. Overall, product lacks the quality control needed to produce a good product. I use them for my teeth (original use for toothpicks) and, since they come some 2500 to a box, I should be able to salvage some. Some are broken but others simply lack consistency in diameter. I do feel sympathy for those who might have ordered them for craft purpose as the lack of standard size may cause some distress. Would recommend the Diamond brand. I would have order them had I been able to find any available in smaller lots. Unfortunately, none of the local stores sell flat toothpicks anymore, so I now have to order on line. Will most certainly seek a different product next time.
Underwelming productMay 23, 2012
By dbj96744 Ordered craft toothpicks. Intended for students to use them to build bridges out of, for toothpick bridge project. Random size and shape slivers of wood is what we got. Not toothpicks. Many pieces where "pre" bent or broken. Others were 1/2 to 3/4 size. Had to redefine the project, as the bridges would clearly not hold the prescribed weight, being as they were constructed out of significantly inferior materials.

I was originally satisfied but now i join the other reviewer who said:
I use a toothpick after every meal. I usually only need one if the quality is average. These are horrible. I would need at least ten (10) to barely get by after a meal. This is the worst toothpick ever. I would never purchase again.
Note also that the toothpicks are held in 750-count (?) packages rather than in the usual smaller packs.
