So far so good. I use it daily and so far have had no problems. The only issue I have is that in my opinion the "High" setting is more of a "Medium". Do not expect to boil water as fast as with conventional burners but I think this is probably the case with all hotplates at this wattage. I have not used both burners at the same time because there really isn't enough room for two pans side-by-side. I have rated this 4 star because it met my expectations but did not exceed them. But I would recommend this product to others.
