Amazingly Accurate Audiophile SpeakersFeb 28, 2011
By Christopher J Doland These are the best priced alternative to Klipsch's Reference series. I initially was buying Klipsch as I have heard the unique sound they produce. These,I hesitate to say "knock off's", are at an equal in sound, and similar in build design. The tweeters are so accurate and life like that it's hard to believe your listening to a horn driver! There is nothing harsh or bright about the treble these produce and I am really stunned by that! The woofers/midrange put out a generous amount of tight, clean, bass. The port is in the rear. The included wall hanging bracket hangs on a nail or screw and provides 3/8" clearance at the top, tapering down to flush at the bottom. In the center of the eyelet is a threaded insert for use with stands or quality mounting brackets. I found the amount of air moving out the port caused excess vibration in paneled walls and distorted it's accuracy. The port tube is identical to Klipsch's and I wonder if the two companies don't use the same parts manufacturer. I recommend bookshelves or quality mounts that give several inches of clearance. The only flaw I found was the tiny square logo on the mesh grill was a hair crooked. I am buying the F12 subwoofer as they also use Klipsch's port tube technology and Bash amplifier. The Best Sound at the Best Price!

The best so farMar 14, 2011
By Stue I am a musican so I know when I hear good sounding product. I must say so far so good. I had to up grade my hometheater and I could not have found a better product for the price, this gear is outstanding. I still can not believe the most stunning sound that comes form these speakers. I have 2 Technical Pros Tower speakers 250 watt per speakers also the Vision Sonic subs with the BIC America v12 475 watt sub, two FH 65B and now I am looking to purches the center speaker that goes with this collection. When I frist saw this product on line It seemed unbelieve able so I took a chance and I have no regrats at all!!!

Big Surprise (good one)Dec 15, 2011
By Mike Ventura I just received these speakers and hooked them up to my Onkyo stereo receiver (50w/channel) and the Bic F12 subwoofer. I wasn't expecting much despite the good reviews, mostly because of the low price. First of all, the speakers were boxed and packed well. After removing them from the box, I noted that they felt solid and looked really nice. I have been listening to them for about 3 hours and am pleased with the sound they produce. I won't write an audiophile type review, because speaker likes and dislikes are very subjective and personal. All I can say is that they sound good. I am surprised at how much bass they produce. The mids and highs are very capably reproduced as well. I would characterize the sound as rich and warm. The subwoofer and these speakers make for a very nice, not too expensive, speaker setup. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

By richard h. bauer Bics are great. I have heard three different bic speakers and they are all very good. I purchased a pair of FH-65B speakers and like them very much. They are being used as speakers in my 1974 VW bug, and being powered by about a l0 watt amp. Even with this amount of power, they are certainly loud. The highs are very good, and after different arrangements the bass is strong. If you get a pair, try different setups and listen to the bass response. If you like speakers that sound like the sound is coming through thick fog, you will probably not like these speakers. They sound clear and open. Given they're great efficiency, you can probably build a nice system with a 20 w amp.

By Sflor Originally I thought these speakers were nothing more than your "average" speakers but I was dead wrong. I am so happy I bought these speakers. The speakers cost less than your "known" name brands but they are no less powerful, they are in fact as powerful if not more powerful (Wattage)in comparison to other speakers in the price range. Please do not overlook these guys, give them try, you might come back for more like I did. For a little over a $100, you seriously can't go wrong.
