Excelent ProductOct 22, 2011
By dms1 I used this to put between my winch and the battery so that it is not powered all the time, and so vandals cant mess with the winch, and it also serves as an emergency power shutoff if the winch malfunctions
Dedicated secondary bilge pump switchMay 07, 2012
By Jose H. Mariscal This was for a secondary bilge pump setup. Works well and installed rather quickly. Boat didn't sink and nobody died, so that was a bonus. No mounting screws, which was aggravating.
Small and convenientFeb 11, 2012
By Scott I had a blade cutoff switch on my travel trailer battery, but it stuck up too far for the battery box to shut. I surface-mounted this switch on the front plate of the trailer below the front wall (behind the battery rack). The housing has removable doors around the perimeter so you can route your battery cables however you want. The only downside is that I had to run the mounting screws all the way through (by design) since the switch needs to be clamped down on the base. If I need access to the cables, I need to completely remove the entire unit to work on it.
solid construction compact designJul 23, 2011
By Chris D switch is well made and the compact universal mount design afforded me more installation location options. use this switch to turn off a single battery when boat is not in use.
The right switchDec 09, 2010
By guideone I use this switch to turn off my electric trolling motor. It has the right amps to carry the load, yet easy to operate.
