I bought these bulbs for a grow light, purchased at the same time, and while they were significantly cheaper than a similar model that uses florescent compact bulbs, they are also less efficient. For some indoor plants these are fine, but they haven't worked very well on the chives I grow. Also note that the light fitting they are advertised with requires two bulbs.

This 24 inch AgroBrite tube bulb burned out in one short growing season. Three other brands purchased at the same time are still glowing. It's made in China - what a surprise it broke so soon!

Work as advertised. These were purchased to replace two bulbs that I had been using for 2 years. They worked well so I replaced them with the same product.
