 Didn't run and no supportJan 17, 2009

I purchased this set for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 CDs will not install on my computer (all specs met--I checked), and there is no support available from the company. Their support website consists of a bunch of articles, none of which addressed my issue, and it contains no way to contact them. No phone, no e-mail, no address, nothing. Don't buy this product. I'm going to try to return it.

Before we had Vista, my children loved the ClueFinders programs. With Windows Vista, most of these programs don't work. We were looking forward to this new purchase because the Amazon sale page stated this package of programs will work with Vista. This is not accurate. Carmen Sandiego and Mighty Math programs work with Vista but the SuperSolvers Reading and the ClueFinders Reading programs DO NOT work. This was a huge disappointment.
