Easy to install. Sounds great. I installed them in a wood ceiling and the template included made it easy. Another fine product from JBL. I use them as a front channel in 5.1 surround.

I LOVE these speakers. I have been working with inwall speakers for 4 years. I install / update home entertainment systems as a local business. I have had a JBL subwoofer for 4 years so I am familiar with the company. I upgraded my HES to these JBL SP8II speakers. I LOVE these speakers. The sound field is fuller and the bass response is crisper that any other inwall speakers I have tried (JA, NXG, Pioneer). I now recommend these JBL SP8II speakers to all my customers.

Amazing sound; just perfect to surrounds speakers. I certainly recommend this product to anyone who wants a nice home theater.

I was concerned about going from free standing speakers to 'in the wall' speakers. The end result was excellent.
