On arrival, both seat belts were malfunctional. Neither extended or retracted properly. POC. Returned them, haven't found a replacement yet...
Does not fit 1991 Jeep Wrangler as advertised.May 04, 2012

I bought this seat belt to replace worn ones on my 1991 Jeep Wrangler. The Amazon site said that this would fit my model but it doesn't. I would need to fabricate a custom bracket to make this work and then it may not be safe and would look like a hack. I am sending it back for a refund.

The short belt with plastic sleeve that bolts to the transmission hump will bolt in either way so no matter what, your release button will be correct for your application and the plastic cover works on both sides of the plastic sleeve to cover the bolt.
These are over half the cost of typical bug seat-belts and the color is what I really wanted too. Free shipping was a bonus!
Great product, works great (must have retractable part bolted in with belt feed flowing straight up for it to work), but it is perfect, and makes my bug look good.
