This thing is fantastic!!! It's looks like it does'nt sound good but once you turn it up, the four speakers in the front and the subwoofer located on the bottom just ROCK!!!! I Chose this over the Altec Landsing because it is much more durable and the ability to use D batteries instead of the short lasting internal batteries. Bose sounding for a fraction of the price, you won't be dissapointed.

I've had the jwin for going on two months and really have only two complaints. One the display is kinda small but then it may be my older eyes. It's solid construction is a plus as my kids have move it all over from inside to out on the deck to their "camping" tent in the yard where its gets great use from the D batteries. Still on the first set at least 12-15 hrs. The sound is full as long as you keep it on a flat firm base as the sub's down firing. It'll get quite loud and I've not heard any distortion yet maintains good presence and tone when not at "concert level." Controls are fairly ergonomic and instinctive and are solid buttons with that reassuring click when activated. Don't try moving it too far with a "pod" in the dock it falls out rather readily. I guess my other complaint is the sorta non through handle on top I mean you gotta train yourself to pick it up at the sides, not really intuitive or obvious. Overall a decent choice for the price not "bose" sound but not "bose" price either. Thanks for you time and hope this helps your decision, Satisfied.

Arrived in great shape, sound is terrific, easy (light) to transport -- perfect for parties, work (my office) or at home. The sound is clear (not distorted), radio came in clearly, iPod sounded great. Really good value for the money. No complaints at all other than needing two hands to carry it since there is no handle in the middle, which it clearly looks like there is room for, design-wise. Would be nice to just pick it up with one hand to carry it (like a suitcase) -- but that is really minor since it generally just stays in one place, so don't let that stop you from buying.

This unit is user friendly as easy as plug and play. It charges the ipod and iphone at the same time when it plays the song. The best part of it; it doesnt play just itunessongs but also the apps in your ipod or iphone such as pandora, youtube and etc. It also comes with bluetooth receiver(available at certain stores) where you can play your computer files on it via bluetooth. Awesome system, sounds are clear, has treble and bass with sub woofer. The only pullback from this system is the size of it, two palms wide like a boombox. I bought for $62.99 Nothing can beat that

Bought this docking station for the wife as a Christmas present. My 16 year old son saw it and my wife has not seen it since. After searching many docking stations, most were compact and just sounded tiny to me. You need a little wattage for a stereo to sound full and rich, and the subwoofer helps out with the bass. Its a little big for the office and doesn't fit on the desk but with the remote you can place it anywhere and still have control. If sound quality is what you are looking for then there is no need to search any father. This has the best sound I could find in a compact docking station and for the price you can't beat it.
