After initial problems getting the software to work, I wrote their customer service and received a prompt answer telling me that the issue would be solved by downloading the most current update to the software and indeed it did. I've been able to now put all the movies I have on DVD on iTunes and can now view on my ipad and Apple TV. Save a bunch of money in that I didn't have to "re-buy" them from itunes and it's great for my kids as many Disney movies aren't available from Apple yet. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend this software.

I purchased this software to transfer DVD movies for viewing on my iPad. It installed easy and is easy to use. Have converted 8 movies so far with no problems.

Why...Why...WHY did I click on UPDATE??? The program worked fine, until a week ago when they had some new update window pop up. I should have known better,..but curiosity and greed got the better of me,..and I clicked it.
During the update,..sure enough, like clockwork: error. Restart. error. Copy DVD. error. error. error. Now the program, even after uninstall and reinstall,..is a giant unusable error-fest.
That was a 50 dollar mistake, clicking on update. I will try another DVD copying program, but not this one.
Moral: Never Ever update ANYTHING that is working the way you already like it. Usually the company is just adding spyware, or milking their previous customers in some devious way. In this case, it appears they maliciously destroyed the program,..thinking that, what-the-heck, 25% of us will go ahead and buy their software AGAIN.

I have used many DVD copy programs over the years and this is by far the worst. It takes twice as long as any other program and has a 60+ % failure rate. I have tried it with XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8 consumer preview. I have been in the Video field for years and a computer Tech since the early 1980's. Don't waste your money on this SW.

More negative, than poitive! I have already contacted technical support twice for issues that have popped up. They are slow to respond & when they do respond it is very hard to understand for a regular person to decifer! I wish I could return it!
